The cat, with one meow, emits enough acceleration for the car, as the meow breath and
sound travels out of the back of the car, and the car travels forward quickly, heading
to it's destination. When we need another meow, a bit of fish taken out, a meow entails,
and then the fish is given to the cat to reward it for it's meow-effort.
